The Australian Salsicce Council ("ASC") will not be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages arising out of the consumption or use of any food products created by the ASC or the use of this website including without limitation, loss of profits, interruption of business, loss of data or otherwise.The ASC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or otherwise in relation to any products or information provided on this website.

By partcipating in the Salsicce day activities you automatically accept these terms and conditions and the ASC will not be liable for any adverse health affects as a result of consuming any products including any direct and indirect costs associated with those affects. If the ASC breaches any term, condition or warranty which is implied by law and cannot lawfully be excluded, the liability of ASC for a breach of the applicable term, condition or warranty is limited to, at the election of the ASC:

1. the resupply of an equivalent sausage, capocollo, pancetta; or
2. other goods or services in kind to the equivalent value; or
3. other actions or measures as determined by the ASC.

You authorise ASC to collect, store, disclose and share information about you for the purpose of:

1. providing marketing information to you about products and services; and
2. monitoring the quality and standard of service provided to you or other consumers.

ASC may at any time revise these terms and conditions by updating this website. By using this website you agree to be bound by all revisions and you should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms which govern your relationship with ASC.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of this agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
